OVERVIEW
From co-founding a boutique animation studio to scaling web3 gaming ecosystems, my work as a Creative Director is defined by building small high-performing teams and cohesive visual worlds. Below are the studios I’ve led and the case studies born from those adventures!

MOKU: GRAND ARENA
MOKU: GRAND ARENA
Building upon a foundation of mischievous degens, I stepped in to lead Moku through its most ambitious growth phase. As Creative Director, I translated established world-building into the high-stakes ecosystem of Grand Arena, overseeing the visual evolution across every player touchpoint.
KEY PILLARS
Directed the visual systems for a complex, 500+ asset card economy.
Established the brand identity and social-first aesthetic for our flagship mini-game.
Defining the UI/UX and visual language for the user-facing web portal
SUPER DOPE
SUPER DOPE
Super Dope was a boutique experiment in "cute but gross" animation, co-founded with three close friends. For two years, I directed end-to-end studio operations and creative strategy, fostering a remote "Artist’s Studio" culture where high-fidelity craft met playful, alternative storytelling.
