THE FOUNDATION
The Spark: Moku began as a vision for a community-driven gaming world. I stepped in after the initial branding and world-building had been established by the incredible Art Director, Momo, before me. When they decided to move on, I took over as Creative Director, tasked with leading Moku into its next major expansion: Grand Arena.
THE CHALLENGE
As Creative Director, my responsibilities were two-fold: oversee the overarching Moku brand across the entire company while simultaneously building Grand Arena from the ground up. Grand Arena needed to stand on Moku’s foundation but required a more refined, clarified voice. Strategically, this meant building a cohesive identity for a Trading Card Game, multiple mini-games, and a comprehensive "Fantasy Layer" platform.
THE SYSTEM
By defining clear rules for every branch—identifying consistencies, differences, and unique identifiers—I created a "North Star.” This ensured everyone As a 2D and 3D artist, I then personally oversaw the creation of all visual assets and campaigns across the Moku ecosystem.

THE BRAND
The Identity: Grand Arena was the crown jewel of the Moku ecosystem. I used our new system to build the GA branding from scratch.
THE ECOSYSTEM
From there, I oversaw the production of the three core pillars that define the Grand Arena experience: the Trading Card Layer, our first Grand Arena Game, Moki Mayhem, and the Platform.
Directed the visual system for a complex, 150+ asset card economy.
Established the brand identity and social-first aesthetic for our flagship mini-game.
Defining the UI/UX and visual language for the user-facing web portal
THE RESULTS
When I joined Moku, I wasn’t just there to make things look "cool." My goal was to build a connected universe where every new project we shipped—the Grand Arena Cards, Moki Mayhem, and our Platform—actually made our original Moki Genesis assets and brand more valuable. Because of this, I was able to step away having established a self-sustaining creative system and successful ecosytem.
We massively boosted the "Buy-In" Value: Back in the early days of Moku NFTs, a single Moki was trading for roughly 250 RON (~$55 USD).
By 2026, after we rolled out the card system and game utility, that "floor price" jumped to 1,470 RON (~$132 USD). That’s a 140% increase in real-world value for our earliest supporters. Wahoo!
People stopped selling and started "HODLing": Early on, about 8% of people were trying to flip their Mokis. Today? Only 1.4% are listed for sale. That means 98% of our 4,300+ players are keeping their Mokis because they actually want to use them and see value in the world we built.
We built a "Forever" Revenue Stream: Between the Genesis Mokis and the 860k+ Trading Cards I oversaw, we’ve seen over 8 Million RON in total career trades. That’s roughly $1.1M USD in total market movement. Because we built a royalty into every trade, the studio has earned over $80k USD in purely passive income just from people trading our work.
